Students who study management are better equipped to combine their ideas and intuition with their business knowledge and skills, as well as to adjust to the demands of the business world. A management degree programme helps candidates become more credible in the eyes of employers and investors by educating them about the many aspects of the field.
One of the most well-liked postgraduate programmes both in India and globally is the MBA. Master of Business Administration is the acronym for MBA. Most managerial-level jobs across domains and sectors require an MBA degree, which is why a significant number of BTech, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, and BCA graduates now pursue an MBA after graduation. The growing number of businesses has highlighted the importance of this professional education. It provides the skills needed to expand a business or run a profitable one. The MBA programme aids students in developing their leadership skills as well.
Students usually need to have at least a 50% average in any undergraduate subject to be eligible to enrol in an MBA programme. Among the most well-liked MBA entrance exams are the CAT, CMAT, XAT, and MAH CET. The cost of an MBA typically ranges from INR 10 to INR 25 lakh, depending on the college. However, there are a few very well-known top colleges, like FMS Delhi and JBIMS Mumbai, where the course tuition is significantly less than INR 10 lakh.
MBA entrance exams serve as the basis for admission to the programme. These are followed by a series of personality tests (group discussions, or GD), a written ability test (WAT), and personal interviews (PI).
After Class 12, the Bachelor of Business Administration (abbreviated as BBA) is one of the most sought-after bachelor’s degrees among students. Numerous career paths in areas like sales, marketing, education, finance, government, and sales are accessible to graduates of the BBA programme. Because they give students a comprehensive understanding of the management skills necessary to successfully run a business or organisation, BBA courses are highly sought after by students. It also helps with thinking through the different stages and business-running strategies more clearly.
A professional undergraduate programme in business management lasting three years is called the BBA. The course is open to enrolled students from the science, arts, and commerce streams. Students who wish to progress in their management careers after completing Class 12 can enrol in the BBA programme.
